Service Description

Short on time? Not in the mood to dance? Not in the mood for High Intensity? Get a full body 30 minute circuit training in, curated by Jimmy. After starting with a warmup, there are 7 exercise stations to rotate through 3 times with each station being 1-minute and finishing with a cooldown.
