Where are you located?

Most GPS options at the moment leave you arriving at the front, center of 70 James St, however we can only be accessed from the back entrance through the rear parking lot.

You can find the rear parking lot by accessing it via the adjacent side street "Genessee St". Our door faces the lot and has our logo on it. "Site number 219".


How much are your classes?

You can find our price per class, punch cards and membership options under our "Class Schedule & Pricing" page.

When do you have class?

Do you have a student discount?

Yes, we have a student/senior/veteran discount of 20% off that applies to our Unlimited Membership option; it does not apply to anything other than the Unlimited Membership.

Do you have personal training?

At the moment we do not but have thought about offering it. We haven't decided to offer it yet based off of members' interest, but if you're interested please let us know because the more interest we collect then we will be more likely to have it come to fruition.

How do I cancel my membership?

There is a 30 Day Cancellation Notice policy. Please send us an email informing of your request to cancel 30 Days prior to your monthly membership renewal. If requested less than 30 days of your next payment, one last payment will come out and your remaining 30 days will start on that last month's payment. You will still be able to access classes until the end of your 30 days.

Do Punch Cards expire?

Yes, Punch Card's expirations are listed under their description. 10 & 20 Class Punch Cards have a 3 month expiration from start of redemption. 5 Class Punch Cards have a 2 month expiration from start of redemption. No extensions will be made unless with a medical note exemption.
