In a one-hour class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Restorative Yoga

 

Our restorative class is a series of poses that are held for 30 seconds to 3 minutes. These gentle stretches allow muscles to fully relax, increasing flexibility while in the posture. Holding poses helps build muscle memory, which is what keeps the body limber. This class slows the mind into a meditative state, making restorative yoga perfect for after workouts and before bed. 

Vinyasa Flow

 

Vinyasa is a flow of poses conected with the breath. Our vinyasa class incorporates sequences of fluid movements and short periods of holding postures. Moving with the breath allows the mind to focus and the muscles to relax. Vinyasa tones, strengthens, and stretches the muscles, while destressing the mind. This class leaves the body and mind energized, making vinyasa a great way to start the day.
