How It Works

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

How It Works

We combine the awesome toning and strengthening power of Step aerobics, with the fun fitness-party that only Zumba® brings to the dance-floor. 


Zumba® Step increase cardio and calorie burning, while adding moves that define and sculpt your core and legs.



Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG NATION® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

In a one-hour class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG NATION® instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.

STRONG NATION® also has options to suit your specific goals. The original STRONG NATION® class is a demanding hour-long session that works your entire body. It’s ideal for hitting your ultimate fitness goals — and then making new ones. STRONG 30™ packs a challenging total-body workout into 30 minutes. This efficient and focused class helps you fit fitness into any schedule.

Bodyweight training requires an enormous amount of core engagement in every exercise. With one quadrant of the class entirely dedicated to floor exercises, the 29 muscles that make up your core won't know what hit them.

A STRONG NATION® class is a high-energy workout, and as part of your sweat session, you'll hit the floor for some intense core exercises. Come prepared with the following:

  • Cross-Trainer Tennis Shoes

  • Floor Mat

  • Gloves
    (Optional for floor exercises)

  • Towel

  • H2O (A lot)

Yoga Trapeze

The Yoga Trapeze is a suspension yoga system that is great for anyone looking to increase their grip strength, core strength, upper body strength, improve their balance, gain the benefits of spinal traction, relieve pressure & hydrating disks and  refreshes the circulatory system and endocrine system.
