Pilates is a system of repetitive exercises performed on a yoga mat or other equipment to promote strength, stability, and flexibility. Pilates exercises develop the body through muscular effort that stems from the core. Lindsay's Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout, using Pilates principles. It is designed for all fitness levels. Pilates helps tone and strengthen muscles without the pounding of a high impact workout. The class is performed with fast paced music making it fun and exciting. The class is super motivating, with students seeing results almost immediately. You can find Lindsey's regular home at the hot yoga center, Hot Yoga Auburn.
